martins park

 martins park is across the street and 1/2 block to my south. this foto was not taken from my bedroom window but it is the first thing i saw when i looked out this morning.

 i first thought some kids had already set up skate board ramps. then i realized this huge rootball had lifted the sidewalk on both sides.

 the shelter was not damaged. nor, thank goodness, were any sycamores.
