Rich Baily is a very talented local artist who has been a friend of mine most of my life. He has always lived in this community except for a few years in the early 70s during Vietnam, at which time he opted for an extended stay in Holland.
You can find his work hanging in many homes, and some businesses, here and across the river. i probably do have some favorites but i enjoy all of Rich's paintings. this one is from his cloud runner period during the late 90s or a little later. it belongs to Tom and Diane and i get to enjoy it almost daily.
